Valco Baby is recalling 12,000 of their jogging strollers. The strollers were sold from November 2007- March of 2010.
The issue appears to be the bar that their legs are under (where a tray would be for snacks and such)- is at a level where the child can slip under it to get out and get stuck. They had several instances of kids being strangled so they recalled them.
The affected models are the tri mode single and double jogging strollers.
If you have one of these models you should remove the grab bar and contact the company to get a replacement.
